JEE MAINS TOPPER WITH FULL MARKS TO RETAKE THE EXAM FOR PRACTICE

Navya Hisaria from Rajasthan passed the Joint Entrance Exam with flying colours getting full marks in the first phase of the exam. He was able to secure a perfect score (300/300) and a 100 percentile in the test. Despite the score allowing him to appear for the JEE Advanced and setting him up for admission to any institute accepting the JEE Mains, he intends to reappear in the second session of the JEE Mains. The topper in an interview explained that the test will help him practice and improve his time management skills for the JEE Advanced (because the best of two scores will be considered there can be no harm even in scoring less in the second attempt)

The 17-year-old topper has been preparing for the exam for 2 years now and aspires to secure a seat in the coveted IIT Bombay, Computer Science stream (the admission to the IITs will be conducted through the JEE Advanced exam). The topper was a student of Allen Career Institute in Kota and secured a stellar score of 97.4% in his class 10th board exams (his class 12th scores are still awaited)

The toppers decision to reappear may appear unconventional, but clearly showcases the dedication and obsession which top students possess.
