Growing tension within the student community has led to multiple campaigns over social media to postpone the NEET UG 2022. The Union Education Minister, Shri Dharmendra Pradhan while replying to several requests sent by student & parent bodies said that “I think, the majority of students have already prepared to face the exam”. He also said that majority of educationalists face this issue every month / year where students demand postponing the exam given the anxiety / pressure.
The
announcement by the education minister in a formal conference should be a solid
indication that the exam dates will not be shifted. The NEET UG 2022 is
scheduled for 17th July 2022 and students should be prepared to face
the exam on this date.
NEET is a national level examination in India. NEET stands for National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test. It is a common entrance exam for students seeking admission in MBBS and BDS courses across India. This years NEET is being conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
