Students
should only consider dropping a year if they are confident in their ability to
improve scores in the next attempt. Others may also consider joining foreign
medical colleges. Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Nepal & Bangladesh are some of the
most popular destinations to pursue foreign medical degrees. Students are
advised to study the latest guidelines by the NMC wherein all students need to
go through a similar process / test (NeXT) to be licensed medical practitioners
in India.
The
NEET is a national level entrance exam for admission into medical courses in
India. The exam was conducted by the NTA (National Testing Agency). The results
were declared in early September and the official counselling is set to begin
in few days (check the official MCC website for latest updates)
